I always shoot more than 15 images. This gives you more flexibility in your marketing; you can change out the images on the MLS to freshen the listing after it has been on a while. Plus it allows you to choose from a few different angles of the main rooms, exterior and grounds.

I also supply you with a tour to use on the Virtual Tour Link on the MLS and a QRCode for your sign post and fliers so iPhone and Android users can view the full tour remotely.

Your images are available the same day at listingsbox.com. Once your payment is received, you will receive a link to you high resolution images at listingsbox.com. The listingsbox.com is an online secured storage site for all your tour images. It has both full-sized images for print orders and web ready images for your online ads, Publisher flyers and Word documents.

The tours as always include:

• Images of all rooms in the home (multiple images of main rooms)
• Images of agent designated special features
• Post processing and enhancement
• Loading to the brokerages' website or free hosted webtour on my servers
• Same day service you have the images the evening of the shoot 
• Large images loaded to the server for immediate use.

There are some extra fees for travel outside of the Metro area, but my fees are still lower (considering the amount and quality of the images) then most all of my competitors. You also have full rights to the images for whatever use you need at no extra charge. I maintain the copyright, but that is only so that I can use the images for my own marketing of my service.
